Aged (Shelf) Corporations Prices

If the need for an aged, established corporation is important to you, Corporations Today LLC has a limited number of previously formed, unused corporations. Aged shelf corporations come with registered agent service for the remainder of it’s state filing period, and are guaranteed to be clear of any debts or liabilities.  Corporate Binders are not included in our prices.  They can be ordered for $150 from us.

Foreign Filing LLC package

Our Basic LLC package will allow your new shelf company to be filed as a company to do business in another state.

Includes:

• One full year of registered agent services in the second state (the second year is $140)
• LLC name check with the state
• State-Certified Articles of Organization

Move Your Current Corporation

We will process all the State paperwork needed to move your existing US corporation to another state, if that state allows it, retaining your original incorporation date. First-year Registered Agent service is included. (You must be current with your existing state, as we will need to order a Certificate of Good Standing and certified Articles of Incorporation, both certified by your state within the past 30 days. And if you are an S Corporation that election will remain the same.)

Registered Agent Services

State laws require that all corporations maintain a registered agent within that state’s borders, with a live person there available for service, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The duty of the registered agent is to accept the service of legal documents and notifications from the state.  As your registered agent, we will accept all legal documents on behalf of your corporation and forward them to you. This is not a regular mail forwarding service, nor does it allow the use of our address on the state’s records.  For these services add a mail service from the Mail Forwarding and Virtual Office Address section below.

(Registered agent service is automatically included in the basic Corporation and LLC packages for the first year.)

$140.00 per year for each year thereafter, if paid via Auto-Debit/credit card. $190.00, if billed.

Public Record Address Service

This service is only for certain states. For those looking for an additional level of privacy on the Public Record.  With this service, we will provide you with an address and suite number that will be used on the Articles of Incorporation and be listed on the Secretary of State website, as the principal office of the business.   (Without this service your address will be listed).  This address may also be used when obtaining the EIN # from the IRS.  We will open the mail sent to this address, scan it, and email it to you.

If you need an address where we will forward mail to you and that you can use as a regular mail forwarding service, please order our Virtual Office with Mail Forwarding below.  Those packages include this service.
