Registered Agent Services

Most state laws require that all companies maintain a registered agent within their borders, with a live person there available for service, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The duty of the registered agent is to accept the service of legal documents and notifications from the state or other entities.  Your registered agent will accept all legal documents on behalf of your corporation and forward them to you. This is not a regular mail forwarding service.

Registered agent services are included in almost all companies we sell and is normally included until the renewal date of the company.

If you have an office inside the state you are establishing a company, in most states, you can be your own registered agent.  Just keep in mind that the address you use for the registered address will be public.
